Meshbase is a headless CMS (Content Management System) platform that provides users with tools to create, manage, and deliver content through APIs. The Service includes:

• Content management and storage
• RESTful API access to your content
• Media library and file storage
• Team collaboration features
• Custom content type creation

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

4.1 Subscription Tiers

Meshbase offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Essential, Growth, Pro) with different features and usage limits. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Each subscription plan has specific usage limits including API requests, storage, and number of projects. You agree not to exceed these limits or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

We reserve the right to enforce usage limits and may suspend access if limits are consistently exceeded.

6.1 Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and store using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6.2 License to Meshbase

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your content.

6.4 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Violates the privacy or rights of others

For business customers who process personal data using our Service, our Data Processing Agreement outlines our commitments and obligations as a data processor under GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

Access to our API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Excessive API usage may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.

You agree not to use the API in ways that could harm the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass rate limits, making excessive concurrent requests, or using the API for unauthorized purposes.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Meshbase and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Trademarks

Meshbase name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Meshbase. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

10.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshbase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meshbase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your content will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meshbase operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
